We are only happy when you love your frames! So if you decide not to keep your online purchase, we understand. Simply send us an email with your name, address, and invoice number to email@example.com within seven days of receiving your shipment. As long as you’re within our return policy, we’ll email you directions regarding the return policy and return shipping address. Always refer to your original order number when corresponding with us or shipping your merchandise so that we can expedite your return.
Regretfully, we can’t accept merchandise for return that is bought on final sale or isn’t returned in its original condition; and we can’t fully credit you without the original casing – so please remember to include your cases and cleaning cloths. We are also unable to reimburse you for the costs of shipping, so be sure to let us know if your glasses aren’t right for you before you send them to us. Care & Repair Section Lens Care
If your lenses are dirty, simply clean them with warm, soapy water, or a lens cleaning solution, and completely dry them with a microfiber cleaning cloth or 100% cotton material. Avoid paper products (paper towels, tissues, etc.) as they tend to be abrasive. It is always a good idea to store your glasses in a case when you’re not wearing them!
Cellulose Acetate Plastic Frames
Your Fritz Eyewear Collection is made of high quality cellulose acetate, a material favored for its durable qualities since the early twentieth century. Periodically clean your frame with warm, soapy water, and dry with a soft cloth. If, after years of wear, your frame has become a little dull, or the temples need some adjusting, your local eyewear specialist can easily help you.
